About Durrani Welfare Trust
Durrani Welfare Trust is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of orphaned and underprivileged children. With a mission to bring hope and opportunities to those in need, the Trust provides children with education, healthcare, shelter, food, and clothing—ensuring that every child grows up in a safe and nurturing environment. Beyond meeting basic necessities, Durrani Welfare Trust also focuses on skill development, vocational training, and future career guidance so that children are not only cared for today but also empowered for a brighter tomorrow. The Trust runs orphanages, education programs, health initiatives, and community services including ambulance facilities, relief work during disasters, and special training centers such as tailoring and handicrafts (Silai, Kadhai, and similar skills) for girls and boys. Through these efforts, Durrani Welfare Trust works tirelessly to build self-reliance, dignity, and hope, making a lasting impact in the lives of children and communities it serves

About the Chairman – Waheed Faraz Durrani
Mr. Waheed Faraz Durrani, the Chairman of Durrani Welfare Trust, belongs to the respected Durrani family of Gilgit-Baltistan. Along with being a compassionate humanitarian, he is also a visionary businessman, using his leadership skills and resources to uplift society. With a heart dedicated to service, he has worked tirelessly to provide shelter, education, medical care, ambulance services, and basic necessities to orphans and underprivileged families. Known for his kindness and generosity, Mr. Waheed Faraz Durrani never hesitates to stand beside those in pain—whether it is welcoming an orphan, supporting a struggling child, or receiving an innocent man hurt by hardship. His dual role as a successful businessman and a humanitarian leader has made him a source of strength, hope, and dignity for countless lives, guiding Durrani Welfare Trust in its mission to create a brighter future for the needy

Aman Faraz Durrani is a young social entrepreneur from Konodas, Gilgit-Baltistan. She is the founder and CEO of the Durrani Welfare Trust, established in 2017, which supports orphans and underprivileged children by providing shelter, education, healthcare, and basic needs.

In 2025, Aman was honored with the Pride of Pakistan Award during the 78th Independence Day celebrations (“Marka-e-Haq”) for her outstanding humanitarian work.
