Admission
Steps for Admission
Thanks for visiting our website. We truly appreciate your interest in our orphanage. To take admission, we have set a few easy steps to make the process smooth and transparent. Parents, guardians, or relatives are requested to provide the required documents, including the child’s B-Form, School Leaving Certificate, Father’s Death Certificate, and Guardian/Relative Certificate. Once these documents are submitted and verified, the child can be officially enrolled in our orphanage and will receive full access to medical care, education, basic necessities, and skill development opportunities.

Required enrollment documents
For enrollment in the orphanage, certain documents are compulsory to ensure proper verification and record keeping. The required documents include a Guardian or Relative Certificate to confirm who is responsible for the child, the B-Form (Child Registration Certificate) issued by NADRA for identity and age verification, the School Leaving Certificate from the last attended school to maintain the child’s educational record, and the Father’s Death Certificate as official proof of orphanhood. Submission of these documents completes the admission process and allows the child to be officially enrolled in the orphanage.
